Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-05-10

These terms govern your use of Avarieux (the "Service"), operated by Avarieux, Inc., a Delaware C-corporation ("Avarieux," "we," "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you don't, don't use the Service.

1. What Avarieux is

Avarieux is a financial-information publication and data-display tool. It uses an AI model to plan and call publicly available financial data sources, then summarizes what it found.

Avarieux operates as a publisher of bona fide business and financial commentary, within the express exclusion at Section 202(a)(11)(D) of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. Avarieux is not a registered investment adviser, broker, dealer, financial planner, or fiduciary, and Avarieux owes you no fiduciary duty. Nothing Avarieux outputs constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, nor an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security.

Outputs are general commentary on publicly available data; they are not personalized to your portfolio, risk tolerance, financial situation, or stated goals. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make. If you require personalized investment advice, consult a qualified, registered investment adviser.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

3. Plans, billing, and trials

Free accounts are subject to message and feature limits. Pro is billed monthly via Stripe. New accounts get a 7-day Pro trial — no card required at signup; if you do not subscribe by the end of the trial, your account moves to Free. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal but keeps Pro through the current billing period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service.
  • Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
  • Use outputs as the sole basis for any trade, investment, or other consequential decision without independent verification.
  • Probe, abuse, or attempt to overload the underlying data providers we route to. A full list of categories of upstream sources we consume is in our Privacy Policy.

5. Third-party data

Avarieux fetches data from third-party sources. That data is provided as-is, may be wrong, delayed, or incomplete, and is subject to the source's own terms.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or exemplary damages, including lost profits or trading losses.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Your continued use after changes take effect is your acceptance of the updated terms.
