Refund Policy

Avarieux Pro is a monthly subscription. New accounts get a 7-day free trial — no card required at signup. After the trial, billing is handled by Stripe.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from the Billing page. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period; we don't prorate partial months.

Refund requests

If you were charged in error, charged after cancelling, or had a Service outage that materially affected your billing month, email us within 30 days of the charge with your account email and we'll review and refund where appropriate.

Edge cases we won't refund

• Forgetting to cancel before a renewal — we'll cancel forward, not back.
• Disagreement with model outputs or third-party data accuracy. Avarieux is informational tooling, not advice.
• Spend on your own Anthropic key (you're billed by Anthropic directly).
