Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-05-10
This policy describes what Avarieux, Inc. ("Avarieux," "we," "our") collects, how we use it, and your choices.
1. What we collect
- Account info from Clerk: name, email, identifiers needed to manage your account.
- Conversation content: prompts you send, model responses, tool calls and their outputs. Stored to power conversation history and usage analytics.
- Usage telemetry: token counts, message counts, plan tier, error events. Used for rate limiting, billing, and reliability.
- Billing info via Stripe. We do not store card numbers — Stripe does.
- Product analytics via PostHog: anonymous page views, feature interactions. No autocapture of input field values.
- Errors via Sentry: stack traces and request metadata when something breaks.
2. How we use it
- To provide the Service and persist your conversation history.
- To enforce per-account rate limits and spend caps.
- To bill you (Pro), or to enforce your free-tier limits.
- To send transactional email (welcome, payment failure, trial-ending notice).
- To debug, secure, and improve the product.
3. Sharing
We share data only with the processors needed to run the Service: our default model provider (Anthropic), additional model providers you may configure via Bring-Your-Own-Key (Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter, Groq), Supabase (database/hosting), Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), PostHog (product analytics), Sentry (error monitoring), and the upstream financial-data providers your prompts cause us to query — including SEC EDGAR (filings), FRED (macroeconomic series), and other public-market data feeds. We do not sell your personal data and do not run advertising against your queries.
4. Model training
We do not train any model on your conversations. The model providers we route to process prompts under their own terms; on Bring-Your-Own-Key configurations, your prompts go directly from our infrastructure to the provider you chose, governed by that provider's terms and your account with them. Per our default provider's standard API policy, API inputs and outputs are not used to train generally available models without explicit opt-in.
5. Retention
Conversation history and usage data are kept while your account is active. You can delete individual conversations any time. Account deletion removes your stored conversations within 30 days.
6. Your choices
- Delete a conversation from the sidebar.
- Email us to delete your account and associated data.
- Provide your own model-provider API key in Settings (Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter, or Groq) to route prompts directly to that provider on your account, bypassing our compute caps.
- Disconnect any linked brokerage account at any time; we purge associated position data within 24 hours.
7. International users
Data is processed primarily in the United States. By using the Service you consent to that transfer.
8. Contact
Questions: email the address you have on file as your billing contact.
